Scope overview
Insgesamt ist im Maßnahmenzeitraum vom 01.05.2026 - 34.04.2027 je Los die Zuweisung von 15 Teilnehmenden mit Nachbesetzungsmöglichkeit vorgesehen. Darüber hinaus bestehen zwei Optionsziehungen von jeweils einem Jahr. Zentrale Bedeutung hat ein vom Leistungsnehmer zu konzipierendes, gemeinwohl- und sozialraumorientiertes Rahmenprojekt, in dem die Teilnehmenden an 4 Tagen in der Woche verpflichtend mindestens 4 Std.
pro Tag anwesend sind und dort beschäftigt werden. Individuelle Hilfestellungen zur Bewältigung ihrer vermittlungshemmenden Problemlagen, sowie Praktika bei Arbeitgebern im 1. Arbeitsmarkt werden durch erfahrene Fachkräfte parallel zum genannten Projekt angeboten.
