Naročilo obsega izvedbo gradnje objektov (prenosnih plinovodov in plinskih postaj) za potrebe priključevanja novih uporabnikov na prenosni plinovodni sistem oz. spremembe obstoječih priključkov ali ureditve obstoječih priključkov s potrebami naročnika. Naročnik naroča storitev izvedbe gradnje, za katere bo naročnik pridobival gradbeno dovoljenje in projektno dokumentacijo ter tudi za primer izvedbi del po VDJK.
Naročila se bodo oddajala v različnih terminih. Naročnik ocenjuje, da se bo na podlagi predmetnega okvirnega sporazuma izvedlo od 20 do 35 projektov priključitev.
