Scope overview
The purpose of this amendment is to respond to vendor inquiries. As-builds for Manhattan and St. Albans will be provided to the successful offeror at time of award. Question: I see on the Equipment list it states there is a Notifier 500 and Notifier 200 panel. Then it mentions Simplex? Are these systems in different buildings? Answer: Yes, these systems are in different buildings across the Manhattan campus.
Question: For the Edwards Panel Replacement, are you looking to upgrade the EST system, or are you open to pricing to do a full system replacement and go with Notifier? Answer: Upgrade the EST system. There are only two (2) inspections required each year, one annual and one semi-annual.
The number is semi-annual fire alarm system inspections (Line Items X001AB, X002AB, and X003AB) is hereby reduced from two (2) per option period to one (1) per option period. Please find the updated schedule below.
