Palvelua on tuottanut 30.11.2025 saakka SOS-lapsikyläsäätiö sr. Yritysten rakennejärjestelyjen vuoksi toiminta on siirtynyt 1.12.2025 alkaen Perhepalvelut Ruori Oy:lle. Tarjous on pyydetty sähköpostitse. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo 5 000 000,00 euroa (alv 0 %) ylittää kansallisen kynnysarvon.
Ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on laskettu asiakaskohtaisten päätösten mukaisesti tehtävälle toistaiseksi voimassa olevalle sopimuskaudelle 1.1.2025 alkaen.
Suorahankinnan perusteena on Laki julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeus sopimuksista (1397/2016) 12 luku 110 § Suorahankinta erityistilanteissa: Hankintayksikkö voi tehdä suorahankinnan yksittäisissä tapauksissa, jos tarjouskilpailun järjestäminen tai palvelun tarjoajan vaihtaminen olisi ilmeisen kohtuutonta tai erityisen epätarkoituksenmukaista asiakkaan kannalta merkittävän hoito- tai asiakassuhteen turvaamiseksi.,
