In order to attend the site survey, please send the following details to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov by December 15, 2025 at 09:00 AM (UAE local time) with the following information to arrange entry to the building.
• Full name as per EID • Name of the Company • Valid EID Card number Attendance is limited to only two persons per company Proposals are due by January 7, 2026, at 09:00 AM ( UAE local time ) , via email to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov .
