Konzeption und Durchführung einer Maßnahme zur Aktivierung und beruflichen Eingliederung nach § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 SGB III hier: „Mobiles Bewerbercenter an allen 3 Regionalstellen“ Die maßgebliche Zielstellung des Projektes stellt eine Heranführung der erwerbsfähigen Leistungsberechtigten an den regionalen Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt dar.
Dies soll im Wesentlichen mithilfe einer nachhaltigen Aktivierung und Stärkung der Eigenbemühungen (z.B. durch Aufzeigen realistischer beruflicher Perspektiven), sowie eines unterstützenden Bewerbercoachings erreicht werden. Schlussendlich wird von Seiten des Auftraggebers so eine möglichst langfristige Aufnahme einer sozialversicherungspflichtigen Beschäftigung bzw. Ausbildung angestrebt.
