Jurvan liikuntahallin perusparannus LVIA-työt Hankinnan kohteena on liikuntahallin perusparannushanke Kurikan Jurvassa osoitteessa Peurantie 5, 66300 Jurva. Pyydämme urakkatarjouksen LVIA-töille suunnitelmien ja asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Urakkamuotona on jaettu urakka, jossa rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana.
LVIA-urakka suoritetaan pääurakoitsijalle alistettuna sivu-urakkana RT 80271 alistamissopimuksen mukaisesti LVIA-järjestelmien saneeraus sisältää liikuntahallin (C-siipi) ja koulun (A ja B-siivet) suunnitelmien mukaisesti.
Nykyinen rakennusautomaatiojärjestelmä (Schneider) saneerataan Ouman rakennusautomaatiojärjestelmäksi Kurikan Ounet pilvivalvomoon saakka, käsittää liikuntahallin (C) ja koulun (A ja B) suunnitelmien mukaisesti,
