Scope overview
Kairavaunun hankinta Pyydämme tarjoustanne pohjoismaisen maaperän tutkimuksiin soveltuvasta kairakoneesta sisältäen kolmivuotisen huoltosopimuksen. Kairakone hankitaan Tampereen Infra Oy:n käyttöön. Kairakoneen tulee olla soveltuva mm. porakonekairauksiin sekä raskaiden työputkien asentamiseen. Kairakonetta koskevat vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouslomakkeella (liite 1).
Hankinta pitää sisällään myös lisähankintamahdollisuuksia (optiot). Tilaaja pyytää optiona hintaa kumisista telalapuista ja yhdestä (1) kappaleesta ST2 näytteenottimia R32 kierteelle ja umpinainen 63 mm putkinäytteenotin sisältäen kruunun sekä R32 sovittimen. Tarjoaja voi myös ehdottaa omia lisävarusteita ja/tai -ominaisuuksia optioissa.
Optioiden hinnat eivät vaikuta vertailuun ja Tilaaja päättää niiden käytöstä tilausvaiheessa. Osatarjouksia tai vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei ole sallita. Kyseessä on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä tavarahankinta, jonka ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on noin 350 000 euroa (alv 0%). Hankintamenettelynä on hankintalain 32§ mukainen avoin menettely.,
