Scope overview
Kappelimäen vanhan koulun ilmanvaihtosaneeraus / Kokonaisurakka Kappelimäen vanhemman koulun osan ilmanvaihdon saneeraus. Toteutus kokonaisurakkana, jossa päätoteuttajalle (ilmanvaihtourakoitsija) kuuluu hankkeen rakennustyöt, ilmanvaihtotyöt, putkityöt, automaatiotyöt ja sähkötyöt, liitteenä olevien asiakirjojen mukaisesti.
Hankkeen aikataulu ja työaika on poikkeava: työt on aloitettava 1.6.2026 ja saatettava valmiiksi 31.8.2027. Työt toteutetaan koulun ollessa käytössä. Sisäpuolisissa töissä työaika on pääasiassa koulujen viralliset loma-ajat ja kalenterivapaat. Ulkopuolisia töitä voi toteuttaa koko rakennustyön ajan.
Asennustöiden vaiheistus on otettu suunnitelmissa huomioon ja aikataulun suunnittelussa suunnittelijoiden tulee olla mukana.,
