Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření kupní smlouvy s průběžnými dodávkami na kationaktivní asfaltové emulze rychleštěpné nemodifikované s nominálním obsahem pojiva 65 % (hmotnostních), dále jen KAE 65, pro technologii vyspravení povrchu vozovky tryskovou metodou, hodnota penetrace emulze zkouškou dle ČSN EN 1426 (s datem schválení dne 01.02.2025) bude 70 – 100, kvalita emulze musí odpovídat platným TP a ČSN (EN), ČSN EN 13808:2013 (EN 13808:2013), po dokončení tankování musí být zařízení schopno vyfouknout z přečerpávací hadice zbytkovou emulzi, doba skladovatelnosti min.
4 týdny, cisterna musí být vybavena vážným zařízením pro evidenci přesného množství stočené emulze v odběrném místě, jako je např. průtokoměr nebo objemové čerpadlo (objemové měření). Předpokládaný objem činí cca 410 tun. Více ZD čl. III.
