Scope overview
Elektroarbeiten (Beleuchtung) Die vorhandene Beleuchtung soll auf zeitgemäße und in den Büroräumen dimmbare LED-Beleuchtung umgerüstet werden. Die vorhandene Elektroinstallation soll so weit wie möglich erhalten bleiben, d.h. es sollen möglichst keine neuen Kabel gezogen werden.
Die Anforderungen der DIN EN 12464-1 "Beleuchtung von Arbeitsstätten" sowie der Arbeitsstättenrichtlinien müssen mit der neuen Beleuchtung auf jeden Fall erreichbar sein.
Die ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten beinhalten: - Ausbau und Entsorgen der alten Leuchten und Schalter - Liefern und Einbauen neuer LED-Leuchten: - 91 LED-Pendelleuchten - 37 Downlights - 42 Anbauleuchten unterschiedlicher Art - 3 Mastleuchten - 3 Außenwandleuchten - Liefern und Einbauen neuer Schalter, Dimmer bzw. Präsenzmelder und zugehöriger Steuergeräte.
