Tällä ilmoituksella Hankintayksikkö (Suomenlinnan hoitokunta tarjouksen julkaisuhetkellä ja 1.1.2026 lukien Suomenlinnan hoitokunnan tehtäviä hoitava Museovirasto (Laki Museovirastosta (510/2025)) pyytää tarjouksia vesireittiliikennepalvelun tuottamisesta vesibussilla Suomenlinnaan vuosille 2026–2027 (mahdollinen optio 2028-2029). HUOM. TARKENNUS HINTAVERTAILUN LIPPUTYYPIN TEKSTIIN.
TARJOUSAIKAA JATKETAAN 2.2.2026 klo 13.00 SAAKKA Suomenlinna vastaanottaa vuosittain noin miljoona vierailijaa. Vesibussiyhteys täydentää HSL:n liikennettä saarelle. Suomenlinnan reitin matkustajamäärä on ollut noin 60-130 000 matkustajaa (vv. 2019-2024), ollen keskimäärin noin 67 000 henkilöä (vv. 2019–2024).
Reitin tarkoituksena on kuljettaa matkailijoita, asukkaita ja työntekijöitä sekä tavaraa Suomenlinna/an(sta) ja Lonna/an(sta) kesäkausilla 2026–2027 (optio 2028–29). Tavoitteena on toteuttaa liikenne sujuvasti tiheällä aikataululla, joka palvelee kattavasti eri käyttäjäryhmiä.
Tilaaja haluaa kiinnittää erityisesti huomiota liikenteen erottautumiseen muista liikennemuodoista ja reitin tuotteistamiseen, myyntiin ja markkinointiin sekä Lonnan palveluiden kulkuyhteyksien varmistamiseen. Hankinta koskee Suomenlinnan reittiliikennettä. Reitin tarkempi kuvaus on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1: Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus.
Tilaaja ei sitoudu tarjouspyynnössä esitettyihin arvioihin hankintamääristä. Hankinnassa käytetään hankintalain 1397/2016 32 § mukaista avointa menettelyä.
