Scope overview
Riigihanke eesmärgiks on leida kuni 3 raamlepingu partnerit, kes looks tellija tellimuste/minikonkursside alusel Keelesammu programmi tutvustavaid videoid raamlepingu allkirjastamisest kuni 2029. aasta lõpuni. Loodavad videod tutvustavad ja võimendavad Keelesammu põhisõnumeid ja tegevusi. Videote sisu ning pikkused täpsustatuke igakordselt tellimuse/minikonkursi raames.
Tellija tellib antud raamlepingu alusel erineva pikkusega videoid. Sõlmitava(te) raamlepingu(te) alusel tellitakse videoid kokku maksimaalselt 400 000 euro eest ilma käibemaksuta.
