Scope overview
Kempeleen kunta rakennuttaa tämän hankintailmoituksen ja sen liitteiden mukaisen Kempeleen uuden lukion. Hankkeeseen sisältyy myös nykyisen lukion purkutyöt tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa. Tällä hankintailmoituksella pyydetään osallistumishakemuksia hankinnan neuvotteluvaiheeseen. Urakkamuotona on KVR-urakka, jossa urakoitsija vastaa hankkeen suunnittelusta, lupien hankkimisesta ja rakentamisesta.
Urakoitsijan kanssa laaditaan ensin sopimus erillisestä kehitysvaiheesta, jonka aikana hankkeen tavoitteita ja suunnitelmia tarkennetaan yhteisesti (kts. tarkemmin suunnitteluohjelma). Kehitysvaiheen jälkeen laaditaan urakoitsijan kanssa lopullinen urakkasopimus. Urakka suoritetaan tavoitehintaisena urakkana. Hankkeen laajuus on noin 5000 brm2.
Alustavan aikataulun mukaisesti kehitysvaihe käynnistyy syksyllä 2026, rakentaminen keväällä 2027 ja uudisrakennus valmistuu kesällä 2028.
