Scope overview
Kevytkuorma-auton hankinta ja muuntaminen laboratorioautoksi Hankinnan kohteena on yksi (1) N2G-luokan kevytkuorma-auto ja sen muuntaminen laboratorioautoksi. Ajoneuvo hankitaan osana kansainvälistä, Ulkoministeriön rahoittamaa “Support to Ukraine in the assessment of environmental damages and development of water quality and terrestrial biodiversity monitoring” -hanketta (UFEM).
Ajoneuvo hankitaan Suomeen, missä sitä varustellaan hankekumppanin (State Agency for Water Resources of Ukraine SAWRU) tarpeiden mukaisesti. Varustelun jälkeen ajoneuvo kuljetetaan Ukrainaan, missä se tulee SAWRUn alueellisen vesilaboratorion käyttöön. Ajoneuvon tulee soveltua henkilöstön (1 + 2) sekä vesinäytteenoton- ja tutkimusvälineiden kuljetukseen vaihtelevissa ja vaativissa olosuhteissa.
Ajoneuvon tulee olla rekisteröitävissä Ukrainaan ja sen tulee olla käytettävissä EU:n ja Ukrainan liikennevaatimusten mukaisesti. Hankintaan sisältyy ajoneuvon mallisopimuksen mukaiset muutostyöt, luovutushuolto, tarvittavat asiakirjat rekisteröintiä varten ja toimitus sovittuun kohteeseen Suomessa.,
