Scope overview
Das Vergabeverfahren zielt auf den Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen mit bis zu drei Wirtschaftsteilnehmern. Die Rahmenvereinbarung soll - ohne Begründung einer Abnahmeverpflichtung - den bedarfsgerechten Abruf von Lernangeboten zur Erlangung der KI-Kompetenz i.S.d. Art. 4 KI-VO für Fach- und Führungskräfte der öffentlichen Verwaltung ermöglichen.
Das Ziel der ekom21 ist es, ein ausreichendes Maß an KI-Kompetenz im Sinne des Art. 4 KI-Verordnung (KI-VO) sowohl bei ihren Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften als auch bei den Fach- und Führungskräften der Bezugsberechtigten der ekom21 zu entwickeln. Über die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung schätzt der Auftraggeber den Auftragswert auf 10.000.000,00 Mio. € (netto).
Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung entspricht dem geschätzten Auftragswert. Näheres ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
