Kirkkonummen kunnan Kantvikin koulun väistötilat Kirkkonummen kunta pyytää tarjoustanne siirrettävän koulurakennuksen toimittamisesta vuokralle osoitteeseen: Kantvikin koulu Aurapiha 02480 Kantvik Tilat tulevat toimimaan Kantvikin alakoulun alkuopetuksen väistötiloina uuden koulurakennushankkeen aikana. Siirtokelpoisiin koulurakennuksiin on tarkoitus sijoittaa 1. ja 2. vuosiluokan oppilaat sekä pieni jakelukeittiö.
Oppilaat ruokailevat kotiluokissaan. Lisätietoja hankinnan kohteesta LIITE 1 Selostus hankinnasta, LIITE 2 Tilaohjelma ja LIITE 3 Tilakortit. Vuokratilojen on oltava käyttöönotettavissa 14.12.2026. Vuokra-aika on kaksi vuotta ja 6 kuukautta (v. 2029 kesäkuun loppuun), sekä mahdollinen optio puolelletoista vuodelle (v. 2030 loppuun). Rakennus on siirrettävä pois kuuden (6) kuukauden kuluessa vuokra-ajan päättymisestä.
Tarjouspyyntöä ja sen perusteella tehtävää hankintasopimusta ei ole jaettu osiin.,
