Scope overview
Das Zentrum für integrative Psychiatrie (ZIP) des Universitätsklinikums Schleswig-Holstein plant am Standort Kiel umfassende Bau- und Strukturmaßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Zukunftstauglichkeit. Die gesamte Baumaßnahme betrifft mehrere Einzelbauten und gliedert sich in 2 Bauabschnitte, die zeitlich versetzt zueinander ausgeführt werden.
Die Flügelbauten (Haus 1 Ost und West sowie Süd) des denkmalgeschützten Haus 1 Mitte sollen einschließlich deren Gründungen abgebrochen werden. An deren Stelle soll die Symmetrie der Anlage über Ersatzneubauten wiederhergestellt werden. Die verbleibenden Bestandsgebäude werden vollumfänglich genutzt und müssen während der Umbaumaßnahme funktionsfähig bleiben.
