Scope overview
Per 1 januari 2016 is Stichting Nidos verantwoordelijk voor het opvangen van alleenstaande minderjarige vreemdelingen (amv) in de leeftijd van vijftien tot achttien jaar met een verblijfstatus. Sinds 1 januari 2023 is Nidos tevens verantwoordelijk voor de Verlengde opvang (binnen de kleinschalige opvang of ambulant) tot eenentwintig jaar.
Met ingang van datum 1 januari 2023 tot 31 december 2026 is deze dienst uitbesteed. Aangezien de looptijd van de contracten met huidige aanbieders afloopt, wordt de dienstverlening opnieuw aanbesteed voor een initiële looptijd van vier jaar, ingaand op 1 januari 2027. Deze looptijd kan door Nidos maximaal driemaal verlengd worden voor de duur van 12 maanden.
