Scope overview
Vollständiger Rückbau der alten, mehrschichtigen Dacheindeckung des Hoteldaches. Der Dachaufbau hat insgesamt drei Ebenen, die zu trennen und fachgerecht zu entsorgen sind. Die untere Ebene besteht aus einer Korkdämmung mit Teerpappe, darüber eine XPS-Dämmung mit Bitumenpappe und als oberste Ebene eine EPS-Dämmung mit Bitumendachbahnen. Dachaufbauhöhe in summa ca. 21.5 cm, Dachfläche ca. 495 qm.
Die Klempnerarbeiten umfassen die Dachentwässerung des Hoteldaches, mit der Traufausbildung für eine neue Kastenrinne, ca. 42 lfm, mit quadratischen Fallrohren, ca. 41 lfm. Der dreiseitige Dachrandabschluss ist nach historischem Vorbild, rückspringend auszuführen, dreiseitig ca. 66 lfm. Alle sichtbaren Bauteile aus Titanzink mit vorbewitteter Oberfläche.
Neue Dacheindeckung als wärmegedämmtes Foliendach mit einlagiger Kunststoffdachbahnabdichtung wegen der begrenzten Ausbaulast, zu integrieren ist die Unterkonstruktion für eine Photovoltaikanlage, inkl. einer Absturzsicherung als Seilsystem. Dachfläche ca. 475 qm. Auf dem Dach ist über dem Treppenhaus eine natürliche Rauchableitungsanlage (NRA) mit motorisch zu öffnender Dunkelklappe zu erneuern.
Lieferung und Montage von 71 Stück Photovoltaik Modulen ist ebenso Bestandteil der Leistung. Die Installation / Inbetriebnahme erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit dem Elektrofachplaner und der Elektrofirma. Bieterfragen müssen über die Vergabeplattform gestellt werden.
