Kokkolan suomalaisen lukion saneeraus, rakennus- ja pääurakka 2026 Kokkolan kaupunki (jäljempänä myös "Tilaaja") rakennuttaa Kokkolan suomalaisen lukion saneeraustyön tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa esitetyssä laajuudessa. Hankkeen urakkamuotona on jaettu urakka, jossa rakennusurakoitsija toimii projektin pääurakoitsijana. Talotekniikkaurakka toteutetaan pääurakkaan alisteisena sivu-urakkana.
Rakennusurakoitsija vastaa pääurakoitsijana hankkeen kokonaisuudesta sekä sivu-urakoiden yhteensovittamisesta. Hankinnan kohde on tarkemmin kuvattu hankintailmoituksen liitteissä. Tarjouksen jättäminen edellyttää kohteeseen tutustumista 11.3.2026 klo 12.30-14.00 Kokkolan suomalaisella lukiolla.
