Uppdraget avser utförande av kommunikationstjänster till beställaren utöver det som täcks av egna resurser. Leverantören ska utifrån beställarens fastställda strategier och planer vara en strategisk, kreativ och rådgivande partner samt operativt kunna skapa innehåll i utvalda delar av beställarens interna och externa kommunikations-, informations- och marknadsföringsarbete.
Uppdraget omfattar även produktion av grafiska produkter, från idé till färdigt material. Uppdraget kan omfatta hela processen eller delar av den. Utöver detta ingår även ändringar av befintligt grafiskt material. En mindre del av uppdragen är kopplat till event- och möten, exempelvis moderering vid panelsamtal och koordinering av strategiska möten.
