Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa organizacja „Akademii OPEN” organizowanej w ramach realizowanego projektu pn.: „Zbudowanie systemu koordynacji i monitorowania regionalnych działań na rzecz kształcenia zawodowego, szkolnictwa wyższego, uczenia się przez całe życie, w tym uczenia się dorosłych.” Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowych usług hotelarskich wraz z wyżywieniem oraz zapewnieniem zaplecza szkoleniowego dla uczestników Akademii OPEN, którymi będą młodzież w wieku od 15 do 18 lat oraz ich opiekunowie.
Realizacja zamówienia planowana jest w terminie od 12 marca (czwartek) do 15 marca (niedziela) 2026 roku. W wydarzeniu weźmie udział łącznie około 220 osób, w tym 200 uczestników w wieku 15-18 lat oraz 20 opiekunów.
