Scope overview
Photovoltaikanlage Zur Verbesserung der Bilanzierung der "Klimaneutralen Gebäude" erhält das Flachdach der Agentur für Arbeit eine Photovoltaik-Anlage im Zuge der Durchführung der Hochbaumaßnahme "Erneuerung der Dachflächen". Die PV-Anlagen haben alle einen Niederspannungsanschluss. Wegen der Beschattung auf der Westseite werden die Module nur in Südausrichtung aufgeständert.
Die Unterkonstruktion ist durchdringungsfrei, ballastierbar und selbsttragend. Im Randbereich wird ein Wartungsgang berücksichtigt. Als Absturzsicherung wird hochbauseitig ein Geländer montiert. Für die Dachluke und die Entlüftungsrohre wird ein ausreichender Freiraum vorgesehen. Das System ist für ein Solar Grün Dach mit einer Aufständerung von 10 Grad zuoptimiert.
Wegen der Bepflanzung werden die Module werden nicht quer aufgeständert.
