Scope overview
Hankinnan kohteena on Lempäälän ja Vesilahden kuntien sekä Nokian ja Oriveden kaupunkien (jäljempänä "Tilaajat") geo-, katu-, kunnallistekniikka-, liikenne-, hulevesi- sekä vesihuollon verkostosuunnittelu ja muut asiantuntijatehtävät. Hankinnassa perustetaan puitejärjestely.
Osa-alueeseen 1 valitaan enintään kolme (3) soveltuvuusvaatimukset ja tarjouspyynnön vaatimukset täyttävää tarjoajaa, jollei soveltuvuusehdot täyttäviä tarjoajia tai hyväksyttäviä tarjouksia ole vähemmän. Tarjoajat asetetaan ensisijajärjestykseen halvimman hinnan perusteella. Kts. hankinnan kohteen tarkempi kuvaus ja vähimmäisvaatimukset tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 2 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus".
Nokian kaupungin osalta varsinainen sopimuskausi on [suunniteltu sopimuksen alkamisajankohta aikaisintaan 16.3.2026]-31.5.2028. Lempäälän ja Vesilahden kuntien sekä Oriveden kaupungin osalta varsinainen sopimuskausi on 1.6.2026-31.5.2028. Hankintaan sisältyy kaikkien Tilaajien osalta myös enintään yksi (1) kahden (2) vuoden mittainen optiokausi ajalle 1.6.2028-31.5.2030.
