Formålet med Delkontrakten er at sikre en effektiv, sikker og pålidelig skolekørsel for kørselsberettigede elever, der ikke har mulighed for at benytte den kollektive trafik mellem hjem og folkeskole.
Delkontrakt 2 Specialkørsel Omfatter ruteplanlægning og specialkørsel af elever til/fra Folkeskolen, kørsel af elever til og fra svømning samt øvrig kørsel. Alle elever er visiteret til specialkørsel på grund af særlige behov. De særlige behov kan bestå af multiple fysiske og/eller psykiske funktionsnedsættelser eller andre særlige individuelle behov, der gør specialkørsel nødvendig.
