Scope overview
Für das Anfang der 1980er-Jahre erbaute Kreishaus Osnabrück wurde ein umfassender Sanierungsbedarf des Gebäudes festgestellt, der sich aus geänderten Anforderungen an das Gebäude oder auch geänderten gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen und Vorschriften ergibt. Daher plant der Landkreis Osnabrück eine umfassende Sanierung und Modernisierung seines Kreishauses.
Die Umsetzung dieser Baumaßnahme ist in vier Bauabschnitte aufgeteilt und erfolgt zeitversetzt. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die für den 1. Bauabschnitt erforderlichen Arbeiten für die Gefahrenmelde- und Alarmanlagen. Die Durchführung ist voraussichtlich ab April 2026 vorgesehen. Wesentliche Leistungen dabei sind: * 1 Stck Modulare Brandmelderzentrale in Einschubtechnik ohne Bedienfeld * ca.
550 Stck Mehrfachsensormelder EN 54 * ca. 550 Stck Universalsockel * ca. 150m Schwachstrom- und Steuerleitungen * ca. 330m Verkabelung Brandmeldeanlage Es gelten folgende Mindestanforderungen an die Eignung (Leistungsfähigkeit) der Bieter: * Jahresumsatz der letzten drei Jahre: jeweils mindestens 350.000 EUR pro Jahr * Mitarbeiteranzahl gesamt zum Zeitpunkt der Angebotsabgabe: mindestens 6
