Toimeksianto sisältää soveltuvalla kalustolla suoritettavat kunnan järjestämään jätteenkuljetukseen kuuluvien kiinteistöjen poltettavan jätteen ja biojätteen keräysvälineiden tyhjennykset sekä jätteen kuljetuksen tilaajan osoittamaan vastaanottopaikkaan. Hankinnan piiriin kuuluu seuraavat keräysvälineet ja jätelajit: 2‑lokeroastia (poltettava/bio) sekä yksilokeroastia (poltettava ja bio).
Ajoneuvokalustossa tulee käyttää ns. puhdasta ajoneuvoa, jolloin diesel-moottorin polttoaineena on käytettävä uusiutuvaa dieselpolttoainetta (HVO), biokaasua tai sähköä. Tavanomaisen fossiilisen dieselin käyttö tässä hankinnassa ei ole mahdollista.,
