Kutsu markkinavuoropuheluun: Vt 4 Vestonmäen kohta, Joutsa ja Toivakka MARKKINAVUOROPUHELU Väylävirasto järjestää valtuushankkeen "Vt 4 Vestonmäen kohta, Joutsa ja Toivakka" markkinavuoropuhelun. Markkinavuoropuhelu järjestetään maanantaina 23.3.2026 klo 12:30-13:30 etätilaisuutena. TAUSTAA Hanke toteutetaan yhtenä pääurakkana ja urakassa parannetaan valtatietä 4 noin 4,4 kilometrin matkalla.
Rakennusurakka on suunnitelmissa toteuttaa Suunnittele ja Toteuta (ST) -urakkana, missä tarjoutuminen mahdollistetaan myös urakoitsijoille, joilla ei ole aiempaa kokemusta rakentamissuunnittelun sisältävistä urakkamuodoista.
Hankkeessa toteutetaan keskikaide nykyiselle Vestonmäen ohituskaistaosuudelle valtatielle 4, parannetaan valtatien geometriaa, rakennetaan yksityisteiden eritasoliittymä nykyisen Soimaharjuntien tasoliittymän tilalle sekä yhdistetään nykyinen Riihijärven keskikaiteellinen ohituskaistaosuus hankkeessa parannettavaan Vestonmäen ohituskaistaosuuteen.
Lisäksi hankkeessa järjestellään yksityisteitä uusiksi suorien liittymien poistuessa valtatielle, rakennetaan riista-aitaa sekä melusuojauksia. Hankkeen kokonaiskustannusarvio on 18,0 M€. Lisätietoa hankkeesta: https://vayla.fi/vt-4-vestonmaen-kohta,
