Scope overview
Für BKP 224.1 Bedachungsarbeiten sind die Bauplatzinstallation für die Bedachungsarbeiten inkl. Installationsplatz sowie die erforderlichen Baustellenabschrankungen/Bauabschlüsse auszuführen. Es sind sämtliche Spengler- und Anschlussarbeiten herzustellen, insbesondere Dachrand-abschlüsse/Abdeckungen, Anschluss- und Putzstreifen, Rinnen sowie Notüberläufe und Dachwassereinläufe.
Auf den Flachdächern sind die notwendigen Unterkonstruktionen/Montagebretter zu erstellen und der komplette Dachaufbau auszuführen, bestehend aus Dampfbremse, Wärmedämmung, Abdichtung mit Kunststoffdichtungsbahnen sowie den erforderlichen Schutz-, Filter- und Drainschichten.
Anschliessend sind die vorgesehenen Nutz- und Schutzschichten wie Dachbegrünung (Trockensaat) und Kiesschichten herzustellen sowie Schrittplatten für Unterhaltsarbeiten einzubauen. Die Baustelle ist teilweise schwer zugänglich (strassenabseitig, hohe Bäume). Die Arbeiten erfolgen etappenweise hauptsächlich während der Schulferien und/oder unter reduziertem Schulbetrieb.
