Le présent marché concerne la conclusion d’un accord-cadre pour l’étude, la livraison, l’installation et la mise en service de nouveaux systèmes de contrôle d’accès pour une durée de 6 ans.
Cela comprend des installations dans les gares (et quais), les bâtiments administratifs, de direction, les bâtiments techniques (ateliers, postes d’entretien, …), les parkings (souterrains et en surface, fermés ou non) ainsi que les parkings à vélos de la SNCB sur l’ensemble du territoire belge.
La durée des marchés subséquents attribués sur la base de l’accord-cadre est de 16 ans et concerne la maintenance préventive et corrective des nouveaux systèmes de contrôle d’accès, à compter d’un an après la réception provisoire de l’installation desdits systèmes.
