Scope overview
Marché public de services pour l’organisation d’une conférence B2B avec location d’espaces, services techniques et catering (4 jours). Innoviris organisera la première réunion du réseau Eureka de la présidence belge d'Eureka, qui s'étendra de juillet 2026 à juin 2027.
Au cours de cette présidence, trois réunions obligatoires du réseau seront organisées en Belgique, la deuxième en Flandre (mars 2027) et la troisième en Wallonie (juin 2027).
Au cours de cet événement de plusieurs jours, qui se tiendra du 23 au 26 novembre 2026, les réunions suivantes auront lieu à Bruxelles : NPC, NPC-HLG, HLG et ISHLG*, au cours desquelles les délégations (NPC et HLG) des membres du réseau (dont la Commission européenne) se réuniront. La présidence Eureka 26/27 est assumée pour la deuxième fois en plus de 40 ans par la Belgique.
Cette conférence vise à accueillir 150 participants. L’évènement sera organisé à Bruxelles aux dates suivantes : 23-24-25 & 26/11/2026
