v prípade prekročenia limitných hodnôt uvedených v uvedenom Rozhodnutí ÚVZ SR, hrozia JAVYS, a.s. sankcie v súlade s platnou legislatívou SR. Zariadenia budú tiež slúžiť na rádiochemické analýzy vzoriek RAO vznikajúcich v rámci projektu D4.7 za účelom ich charakterizácie, posúdenia ďalšieho nakladania s týmito RAO a preukázania dodržania limít a podmienok pri ich uložení na RÚ RAO v Mochovciach.
