The Project is implemented in the State by the State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments for works, services and supply contracts in FCT. The Project is Specifically designed to build peoples resilience in the adaptation of climate change in the FCT.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedure using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
A detailed requirement and scope of works for the assignment are enclosed in the bidding document .
