Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue kilpailuttaa Länsi-Turun pelastus- ja ensihoitoaseman KVR-urakan asiakirjojen osoittamassa laajuudessa. Tarjouskilpailu toteutetaan käyttämällä hankintalain 33 §:n mukaista rajoitettua menettelyä, jossa kaikki halukkaat talouden toimijat voivat jättää tarjouskilpailukutsun perusteella osallistumishakemuksen. Ainoastaan hankintayksikön valitsemat ehdokkaat voivat tehdä tarjouksen.
Hyväksyttävät ehdokkaat valitaan noudattamalla tarjouskilpailukutsun esitettyjä vähimmäisvaatimuksia. Valitut ehdokkaat allekirjoittavat salassapitosopimuksen ennen tarjouspyyntöaineiston luovuttamista heille.
