Scope overview
Het Bestuur wenst voor deze opdracht een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer. De raamovereenkomst heeft als voorwerp de vormgeving van allerhande communicatiemateriaal waaronder brochures, flyers, folders, postkaarten, affiches, advertenties, uitnodigingen, banners,… zowel binnen de huisstijl van Odisee als buiten de huisstijl van Odisee.
Het layoutbureau dient ook in te staan voor het drukklaar of productieklaar maken van het communicatiemateriaal. Zij beoogt een kader vast te leggen dat als basis zal dienen voor de gunning van toekomstige afzonderlijke deelopdrachten (bestellingen). De raamovereenkomst doet geen alleenrechten ontstaan in hoofde van de opdrachtnemer. De geraamde aantallen zijn niet bindend.
