Scope overview
Der lokale Bürgerwindpark der Windpark Saar GmbH & Co. Repower KG will einen Beitrag zur Dekarbonisierung im Verkehrssektor leisten. Dafür sollen Busse der Saarbahn GmbH in Saarbrücken mit grünem Wasserstoff versorgt werden. Geplant ist die lokale Erzeugung von grünem Wasserstoff auf Basis von eigener Windenergie und zugekauftem PV-Strom in einem Elektrolyseur.
Der erzeugte erneuerbare Wasserstoff wird in mobilen Speichern zum ca. 40 km entfernen Betriebshof der Saarbahn transportiert. Der Standort des Elektrolyseurs liegt in 66629 Freisen (In der Au). Hierfür soll bis 2027 eine 2 MW Elektrolyseanlage mit Abfüllstation für mobile Trailer beschafft, errichtet und in Betrieb genommen werden.
Das Projekt wird im Rahmen zur Förderung der nachhaltigen Mobilität im Saarland (NMOB) Einzelrichtlinie „Alternative Antriebe“ vom Ministerium für Umwelt, Klima, Mobilität, Agrar und Verbraucherschutz gefördert. Es wurde bereits eine Förderung für einen 2 MW PEM Elektrolyseur bewilligt. Anfang 2026 soll über eine Erhöhung der Förderung auf 3 MW Elektrolysekapazität entschieden werden.
Entsprechend muss eine optionale Erweiterung der Elektrolyseanlage auf 3 MW zwingend mit angeboten werden. Hinsichtlich der weiteren Einzelheiten des Auftragsgegenstandes wird auf die beigefügten ausführlichen Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere Anlage 2 Leistungsbeschreibung, verwiesen.
