Scope overview
In het nieuwe stadsmagazijn – Weg Messelbroek 154 – 3271 Scherpenheuvel-Zichem-, willen we een modulaire/circulaire box-in-box structuur voorzien met 2 verdiepingen. De te realiseren totale bruto-oppervlakte is +- 725m², waarvan +-400m² op het gelijkvloers en +-325m² op de bovenliggende verdieping.
(plannen van deze 2 verdiepingen zitten in bijlage en worden verder omschreven in dit document) In de nieuw te construeren box-in-box dienen de volgende functies vervat te zitten: Gelijkvloers: Kantoorruimte met 20 volwaardige werkplekken Sanitaire blok (toiletten) Refter/vergaderzaal met kitchenette Afgesloten magazijn Technische ruimte Verdieping: 4 vergaderzalen, multifunctioneel te gebruiken als stilte-werkplek Doucheruimte Kleedkamer Archief Technische ruimte / berging Tegen eind 2026 moeten we verhuizen naar deze locatie.
De uitvoeringstermijn is dus zeer kort. Oplevering box-in-box is voorzien tegen einde Q3/2026.
