Scope overview
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het afsluiten van een Raamovereenkomst met één leverancier voor het faciliteren van een gezonde, veilige en ergonomisch verantwoorde thuiswerkplek voor alle medewerkers van gemeente Westland. Daarbij gelden de volgende uitgangspunten: 1. De Opdrachtnemer levert, monteert, plaats en repareert meubilair op de huisadressen van (nieuwe) medewerkers; 2.
Het meubilair voor de thuiswerkplek moet voldoen aan de eisen van de Arbowet, relevan-te NEN/EN normen en de eisen in het Programma van Eisen; 3. De medewerkers kunnen kiezen uit een bureau, bureaustoel, voetensteun en/of laptop-standaard; 4. Refurbished meubilair heeft te allen tijde voorrang boven nieuw meubilair; 5.
Bij uitdiensttreding wordt het meubilair retour gehaald door de Opdrachtnemer en indien mogelijk opnieuw ingezet; 6. De Opdrachtnemer draagt zorg voor adequate nazorg, garantie en een helpdesk voor storingen en vragen.
