Scope overview
Perceel 1 bestaat uit vers (geen diepvries) vlees en vleeswaren. Deze moeten van goede kwaliteit zijn, dit zal regelmatig door de eetwareninspectie worden gecontroleerd. De inschrijver dient zijn inventaris in met dagprijzen. In de inventaris wordt rekening gehouden met dagprijzen volgens de datum van indienen van de offerte. De opdrachtgever verwacht dat het vlees van hoogstaande kwaliteit is.
De inschrijver toont daarom in zijn offerte aan dat de oorsprong gekend en betrouwbaar is, in de kolom “land van oorsprong”. Het staat de opdrachtgever vrij deze dagprijzen ten alle tijden af te toetsen aan de marktprijzen van dat moment. Indien hier een grote discrepantie op is, behoudt de opdrachtgever zich het recht prijsverantwoording op te vragen of facturen te weigeren.
