Scope overview
Deze opdracht omvat de aankoop, implementatie en ondersteuning van: 1. Een centraal digitaal platform dat het kamp-, lessenreeks en daguitstapaanbod voor kinderen en jongeren op het grondgebied van de gemeente Dilbeek overzichtelijk presenteert en toegankelijk maakt; 2.
Een achterliggend inschrijfsysteem dat burgers, organisatoren en gemeentelijke medewerkers ondersteunt bij het beheren van inschrijvingen, betalingen en deelnemersgegevens. De Opdracht geldt voor een periode van 3 jaar, verlengbaar na evaluatie met een periode van drie jaar. Maximale duurtijd is zes jaar. De looptijd overschrijdt de periode van 4 jaar cf artikel 57 Wet Overheidsopdrachten.
De opleidingskosten en de hoge communicatiekosten naar de burgers rechtvaardigen de langere looptijd.
