De scope van de Opdracht bestaat uit de levering van Eindejaarsgeschenken. In de reikwijdte van de Opdracht valt: • Het jaarlijks ontwerpen en leveren van een Waardebon en Cadeauverpakking. • Het leveren (inclusief (na)bezorging) van Eindejaarsgeschenken. • Het verstrekken van advies met betrekking tot de af te nemen Eindejaarsgeschenken.
• Het verstrekken van informatie (rapportages) met betrekking tot de afgenomen Eindejaarsgeschenken. • Het beschikbaar stellen van een webwinkel en het beheer ervan. • Het uitvoeren van logistieke en administratieve dienstverlening. • De Opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van bestellen tot en met de nalevering.
Dit omvat onder andere het ontzorgen in het volledige logistieke proces van bestellen, leveren, klantenservice en de daarbij behorende administratie. Optioneel: • Het jaarlijks leveren van digitale waardebonnen, inclusief het vormgeven van een e-mailbericht waarin de unieke code van de waardebon is opgenomen.
