FUNDRAISING PROCEEDS ARE BASED ON A PERCENTAGE SCALE OF FUNDS COLLECTED. MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS THAT CHARITY WILL RECEIVE IS 55% WITHOUT INCLUDING THE COST OF EVENT FEE. SEE EXHIBIT A IN THE CONTRACT FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
THE PAID SOLICITOR'S COMPENSATION FOR THE CAMPAIGNS RESULTING IN GROSS RECEIPTS UP TO $35,000 AND $130,000. BOOSTER CHARGES A ONE TIME BASE COST EVENT FEE OF $5,000 REFERENCED IN RECITAL 3 OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT. MAXIMUM PROCEEDS RANGING FROM 55-70% WITH A 30% FIXED SERVICE FEE AND A 15% PLATFORM FEE TO BE OPTIONALLY COVERED BY SPONSORS. BOOSTER EXPECTS TO RAISE A TOTAL OF $26,055 FOR THE TOTAL CAMPAIGN.
THE SCHOOL PROFIT RAISED FOR THIS AMOUNT IS ESTIMATED AT $14,330.
