Le contrat de licences ServiceNow actuellement en vigueur avec l’éditeur prendra fin le 30 juin 2026 . Le renouvellement de ce contrat est une nécessité critique pour garantir la continuité des opérations et des services numériques au sein de l’EPFL. À ce jour, ServiceNow constitue le "système nerveux" central de plusieurs directions de l'institution.
La plateforme est intensivement utilisée pour : L'IT Service Management (ITSM) : Gestion du catalogue de services, des incidents, des demandes et des changements. La gestion documentaire : Support de la documentation technique. Le pilotage stratégique (SPM) : Gestion du portefeuille de projets de la DSI.
La digitalisation de processus métiers : Automatisation de services clés pour des directions telles que les Ressources Humaines (RH), le Service Académique, le Research Office, le Service de Sécurité ou MEDIACOM. L'engagement utilisateur : Centralisation des retours et de l'expérience utilisateur.
L’objet de la procédure d’appel d’offres ouverte est de sélectionner un revendeur de licences ServiceNow pour la période du 1er juillet 2026 au 30 juin 2031 (5 ans).
