Scope overview
Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Auswahl eines Lieferanten, der in den nächsten bis zu 4 Jahren, dass bei der BGHM und VBG bislang eingesetzte Entwicklernotebook inklusive einer Docking-station durch neue Geräte ersetzt und gegebenenfalls entstehenden neuen Bedarf abdeckt.
Für die Beschaffung soll ein Rahmenvertrag mit einem Lieferanten für einen Leistungszeitraum von 3 Jahren (optional erweiterbar auf 4 Jahre) geschlossen werden. Der voraussichtliche Vertragstermin ist der 01.03.2026. Das geschätzte Auftragsvolumen für den Leistungszeitraum von bis zu 4 Jahren liegt bei einer benötigten Menge von bis zu 350 Entwicklernotebooks inklusive Dockingstation bei ca. 1.380.995 € netto.
Die garantierte Abnahmemenge liegt bei insgesamt 170 Stück. Darüber hinaus besteht keine weitere Abnahmeverpflichtung.
