Scope overview
Anzubieten ist eine Cobot-Schweißanlage mit moderner Lichtbogen-Schweißausrüstung, welche zum Verbindungs- und Auftragschweißen, sowie zur Additiven Fertigung (AM) einsetzbar ist. Der Drahtvorschub der Schweißstromquelle soll mit konstanter, als auch mit reversierender Drahtbewegung beim MSG-Schweißen arbeiten.
Zur Gewährleistung eines flexiblen Einsatzes der Lichtbogentechnik soll eine Umrüstbarkeit des Schweißequipments zwischen modernen MSG-Prozessen und einem WIG-Kaltdraht-Prozess inkl. HF-Zündung unter Nutzung einer gemeinsamen Multiprozess-Schweißstromquelle möglich sein. Die Gesamtanlage soll über eine komplette Ausstattung zum vollmechanischen Schweißen mittels Cobot incl.
Sicherheitstechnik und einen 2-Achs-Positionierer verfügen. Die Montage des Cobot´s und Positionierer sollte auf einem Schweißtisch umgesetzt sein. Für die Nutzung zur Additiven Fertigung muss zur Herstellung des Post-Processors (für Offlineprogrammierung) ein CAD-Modell der Gesamtanlage bereitgestellt werden.
