Scope overview
Für eine zuverlässige Notstromversorgung werden 2 Container-Netzersatzanlagen mit je 400V/1000 kVA bei cos phi=0,8 benötigt sowie einem separaten unterteilten Container mit dem Vorratstank und dem zentralen Steuerfeld. Die Netzersatzanlagen sollen den Standort Siegelsknippen vollständig versorgen. Bei Stromausfall lau-fen die Netzersatzanlagen automatisch an.
Bei Stromwiederkehr schalten sich die Netzersatzanlagen automatisch unterbrechungsfrei wieder auf das Netz zurück. Die Einspeisung der Netzersatzanlagen kann über zwei (2) vorhandene Einspeiseschalter (1600 A) in der NSHV-SN3 realisiert werden (aktuell mit der Netzersatzanlage SN3 verkabelt). Die alte Netzersatz-anlage in der SN3 wird dann nicht mehr benötigt.
Die drei (3) Container sollen aus Platzgründen direkt nebeneinander auf dem vom Auftraggeber noch zu errichtenden Betonfundamenten aufgestellt werden, NEA 1 - Tank + zentrales Steuerfeld-Container - NEA 2; der Zugang zu den NEAs 1+2 entsprechend spiegelverkehrt. Die Maße der Beton-fundamente werden nach Fertigstellung an den Auftragnehmer übermittelt.
Mit Blick auf die bekannten Probleme mit der Langzeitlagerung von Dieselkraftstoff sollen die neuen Netzersatzanlagen ausschließlich mit schwefelarmem Heizöl (nach DIN 51603-1) betankt und betrieben werden.
