Scope overview
Die Versorgung der Patienten sowie Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der MüK erfolgt über die vier Küchen in den Kliniken. Im Zuge einer Neuorganisation wurden die vier Produktionsküchen Zug um Zug auf reine Verteilküchen mit Spülzentren umgestellt.
Es soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Implementierung sowie zeitlich befristete Bereitstellung eines Dosiersystems bestehend aus Zuleitungen, Pumpen, Dosierwerk, IT-gestützten Chemiesystems für die Küchen/Spülküchen in den Kliniken Bogenhausen, Harlaching, Neuperlach und Schwabing, einschließlich der Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft inklusive Zubehör, Software und Reinigungschemie für Spülmaschinen und Küchenumfeldhygiene sowie Betriebs -und Supportleistungen vergeben werden.
Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es, ein maßgeschneidertes, umweltschonendes und bedienerfreundliches Konzept zum Einsatz von Reinigungschemie in den jeweiligen Küchen samt Spülmaschinen zu etablieren.
