Scope overview
Die BSR benötigt einen zentralen Full-Service-Dienstleister, der sowohl für den Beschaffungsprozess als auch das Vertragsmanagement und den Service von Print- und Onlinemedien verantwortlich ist. Dazu zählt im Wesentlichen die Belieferung bzw. Nutzung sämtlicher Print- und Online-medien, wie z.B. Abonnements (Tageszeitungen, Zeitschriften), lose Blattsammlungen, Bücher, Online-Abonnements, eJournals, Datenbanken.
Der Dienstleister beliefert sämtliche BSR-Standorte in Berlin und dem Berliner Umland. Die Belieferung erfolgt nach Vorgaben des Auftraggebers zu den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen innerhalb Berlins (Zentrale Einrichtungen, Werke, Anlagen, Recyclinghöfe, Betriebshöfe) und einzelner Randstandorte im Berliner Umland (Deponien). Der Rahmenvertrag wird als E-Procurement-Lösung (Punch-Out Verfahren) abgeschlossen.
Der Dienstleister muss via Punch-Out-Verfahren über eine OCI-Anbindung an das SAP-SRM-System angeschlossen werden.
