Die Mengenansätze und technischen Spezifikationen ergeben sich aus den beigefügten Anlagen und gelten jeweils pro Lieferjahr.Art und Umfang der Leistung ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie den weiteren Vergabeunterlagen. Der Lieferzeitraum beginnt am 01.05.2026, 00:00 Uhr und endet am 30.04.2027, 24:00 Uhr.
Sofern der Vertrag nicht von einer der beiden Vertragsparteien bis spätestens 31.12.2026 gekündigt wird, verlängert sich der Vertrag automatisch um ein weiteres Jahr, also vom 01.05.2027, 00:00 Uhr bis zum 30.04.2028, 24:00 Uhr.
